Certified Behavior Analyst
ABOUT
Martha Sierra, M.A., BCBA
I am Martha Sierra, the founder of Sierra Behavioral Therapy (SBT). I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a master’s degree in ABA and a specialization in autism. Throughout my journey, I have had the pleasure of working closely with both children and adults with ASD, which has enriched my practice with diverse perspectives and meaningful stories.
My philosophy
I am always open to the new and unfamiliar. I am dedicated to advancing the field and encouraging both my clients and myself to explore new horizons and embrace growth.
SBT was born from a dream: to create a space where individuals with autism can shine, learn, and thrive while being unapologetically themselves. Inclusivity is not just our policy; it is our passion.
More About Me
I am Cuban-born and living life to the fullest with my husband, our fur baby, Maggie, and a lasting love for travel and the outdoors.
