Meet Our Team
Our team of five dedicated professionals works together to provide consistent, high-quality, and personalized care for every family we serve.

Hello and welcome to our online home. On this page, you’ll meet the amazing people who make up the fabric of SBT and bring unmatched ABA care to our families.
If it means putting in extra hours, reading that file one more time, working around last-minute changes, and checking in emotionally and not just clinically, this team is on it. I am honored to lead them. I am humbled to be led by them and full of gratitude toward the families who entrust us with their most precious asset — their children.
At Sierra Behavioral Therapy, you are never “just a case.” To us, you are a family we stand behind with unwavering support. Our mission began with that promise, and it continues to guide everything we do.
Hello. Robert here! I consider myself the luckiest man alive because not only do I love what I do, but I also love who I do it with: my wife, my best friend, and the heartbeat behind SBT — Martha Sierra.
She roped me into this gig because she knows that, in addition to my stellar chef skills and good looks, I have a keen eye for detail, I’m good with numbers, and I’m passionate about leading people.
My role at SBT is to support some of the smartest individuals I know by managing payroll, schedules, recruiting, and performance. Showing up to work every day is an adventure. Building a dream with my wife that changes lives, supports families, and makes a difference is more than I could have ever asked for.

Hi there! I’m glad you stopped by. I’m Yoxi. I support our SBT families by managing the insurance and billing side of ABA services so you don’t have to navigate it alone. From verifying benefits to answering billing questions, my goal is to make the financial process clear, accurate, and stress-free so that you, and the rest of our team, can focus on your child’s growth and progress.
I bring more than 26 years of financial leadership and strategic insight to SBT. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on transforming financial data into meaningful strategy, helping organizations grow sustainably while maintaining operational excellence. I am particularly passionate about my work at SBT because I understand that behind every budget, forecast, and operational plan are real families depending on us for compassionate, evidence-based services.
For me, strong financial leadership isn’t just about numbers. It’s about being a part of lasting, positive change in the lives of the families entrusted to us.
Hi, I’m Betsy, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a certificate in Autism. I’ve been working in the field for six years, and I truly love what I do.
Before becoming an Applied Behavior Analyst, I taught kids how to swim. It was there in the water that I learned to creatively adapt my teaching to fit each child’s unique needs, help them overcome fears, and strive to do more than they thought they could. That experience continues to shape how I approach therapy today. Flexibility, patience, and a focus on individualized support are woven throughout all I do.
Helping families work together to overcome challenges, build independence and confidence, and celebrate wins along the way is what keeps me motivated.
Watching progress happen, big or small, is incredibly rewarding and never gets old. I’m honored to partner with families and help their loved ones grow alongside the incredible team at SBT.

Hi! It’s nice to virtually meet you. I’m Sofia, and it’s an honor to be part of such a wonderful team here at SBT. As a Student Analyst, I currently hold a Master’s degree and am working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I decided to pursue this career when I was a senior in high school.
After taking a “Peers Inclusion” class and having the opportunity to assist other students with learning disabilities, I realized that I had found my calling. I enjoyed helping fellow classmates accomplish their tasks and understand complex assignments, but even more than that, I loved being their friend and showing up for them in ways that made them feel seen and valued.
To me, that is what ABA therapy is about. We are the cheerleader, the coach, the teacher, and the friend all rolled into one. It’s challenging. It’s unpredictable. It’s incredibly rewarding and forever impactful.
