- ✓ Are eligible to work in the U.S. and can pass a background check
- ✓ Are comfortable supervising RBTs and BCaBA trainees

Own a caseload of children, teens, and adults across Arlington and Tarrant County. Design and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise a team of RBTs, and work directly alongside our founder and clinical director, Martha Sierra.
BCBA — School-Based Consultation
Support students with autism and behavioral needs inside Arlington and Fort Worth-area classrooms. Partner with teachers and IEP teams, and supervise school-based RBTs to help students thrive in the setting they deserve.
Bilingual BCBA — English / Español
Many DFW families seeking ABA services speak Spanish as their primary language. As a bilingual BCBA, you'll lead care and mentorship for a caseload built around our Spanish-speaking community — bringing science-backed care to families who need it most.
