I came in with zero experience working with kids with autism. The training Sierra Behavioral Therapy provided was incredibly thorough, and Martha was available every step of the way.
As a bilingual RBT, I get to work with Spanish-speaking families who couldn't previously access quality ABA care. That connection is something I'm incredibly proud of.
I was a para at an Arlington ISD school before this. The jump to Sierra Behavioral Therapy meant better pay, a clear career path, and the chance to work under a BCBA.
